Social Media Work

I spent time working on the social media team at LiveScore, managing their Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages. The role also included working with Adobe Photoshop and creating professional graphics.

Summary

The adjacent grid showcasesย some of the graphics I created for the social media team at LiveScore. These ranged from combined XI's, to quote graphics and comparison images.ย All of these were utilised on platforms with an audience of over three million people. I was also involved in the planning and scheduling of this content so it would reach the peak of our audiences across the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa.

Combined XI's

Some of our most successful content on social media comes through combined XI graphics. It is useful when it comes to engagement and we often prepare these ahead of key games in Europe's top five leagues. This example combines the best Adidas athletes and we marketed this image against a Nike combined XI, hoping to spark debate and reaction amongst our audience.

Born this day

Another marketing strategy we utilise at LiveScore is a 'born this day' post. We celebrate the legends in football and it has resulted in some of them interacting with our pages. For example, Gary Lineker is a frequent football legend who interacts with our content like this.

Transfer content

The transfer window is a huge opportunity for expansion and interaction, and we create graphics in anticipation of some of these moves. Dejan Kulusevski's move to Spurs in January of 2022 was a good example of a post to publicise the player and gain traction on our posts at the same time.
